To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must be in "new" or "like new" condition, with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and all original product manuals included.
After we receive and have inspected the returned item, and it is verified to be in as new condition, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price.
If the item is in used or less than new condition, we will determine the amount to be refunded based on its condition.
For products that were originally shipped to you under "Free Shipping" or with "Freight Included" at at the checkout, the actual freight or installation costs incurred by Innerlight Sauna to ship the product will be deducted from your refund.
