Delivery
We are able to offer free delivery and installation in Greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. For other areas we have heavily subsidised the delivery cost for you to make it as affordable as possible.
We also offer free pick up from our Sydney warehouse in case you would like to pick up the sauna yourself.
To help alleviate the expense, we have subsidised a significant portion of the courier's delivery cost. This allows us to offer you a more reasonable shipping fee, making it more accessible for you to receive your items conveniently and securely.

Prepare for your Delivery
Before your Innerlight Sauna is delivered, it's important to make sure that you have measured the space where you plan to set it up, and that the necessary electrical requirements are in place.
Our 3 and 4 person saunas require a 15amp powerpoint. Our 1 & 2 person saunas require no special power, as they can be plugged into a standard powerpoint.

Installation
Your sauna will be delivered in flat packs, which will require at least two people to unpack all the panels. For larger units, you may need more than two people to help with the unpacking. If you don't have a safe, dry storage location, it's important to make sure you have a designated area ready to store the panels until you're ready to assemble the sauna.
Your sauna may be delivered by one driver. The driver is only able to deliver the goods to your door.
Due to the size and weight of the items, you will need to provide assistance on your end with carrying items inside. Please check the size and weight of the items you will be receiving to calculate how many people will be required. You may require as many as 2 to 4 people who can assist with lifting the cartons and assembling the product. If you don't have anyone to assist you please contact us and we will see if we can find someone for you in your area.
Pick up from our warehouse
If you prefer, you can also arrange to collect your sauna from our Sydney warehouse. However, it's important to note that pick up is strictly by appointment only. Please contact our customer service team to make arrangements for pick up.
